Some women just have it. While most women only fantasize about leaving their day jobs to pursue a passion, Kate Callery and Allison Gaddy actually did it. After meeting at the CBOE, they fled the male-dominated world of stock option trading and opened their dream spa, Urban She.

An insta-hit, their boutique spa provided busy women with an array of fabulous “express” services like the lunchtime facial and brow breaks. Within 3 years, the spa merged with Manhattan based Exhale Spa.

Today, Kate and Allison are taking their entrepreneurial spirit to the next level with the launch of Alessandra Mineral Makeup. Having observed her artistry as clients and as boss at Urban She, Kate and Allison encouraged Alessandra to create her own product line to compliment the services she offered her spa clients.

Through all of their projects, Kate and Allison remain true to their passion: catering to the urban women on-the-go.
